Development Services
Development Services is responsible for: town planning and development applications; building services and licences; and environmental health. Development Services can provide advice in relation to the construction of/additions to proposed residential buildings, builders registration requirements, subdivision and development standards, food handling techniques, noise, and safe chemical storage.
